The car arrived very clean already but looks can be deceiving as it had alot of bonded contaminants, the clay bar looked like this after a door and a half:

this was AFTER I had applied Tar & Glue remover to the car, which is normally very effective!

Once inside and under the lights, the defects could easily be seen:

bad enough but not that bad compared to some details i've done recently! :D

As the Blackfire Finishing Polish has done the job on the last few cars with substantially worse swirls and cob-webbing i decided to go with this again, so here's the full process and the after pics which follow:

Wash:

- Poorboys S&S through the gilmour

- Rinsed with the Karcher

- Poorboys S&S through the gilmour again and then washed with 2 buckets and Meguiars lambswool wash mitt.

- Rinsed with Karcher

- Wheels cleaned with plain shampoo and water, Meguiars wheel brush and MF Mitt

- Autosmart T&G remover

- Clayed with Meguiars Detailing Clay

- Dried with Poorboys Waffle Weave

Polish:

- Taped with 3434

- Blackfire SRC Finishing Polish, Meguiars polishing pad via Rotary @1500rpm (twice on the bonnet and roof)

- Jeffs Werkstatt Acrylic Prime, LC glazing pad via PC @speed 5

- Jeffs Werkstatt Acrylic Jett x 2

- Wheels - Acrylic Jett

- Tyres - Blackfire Long Lasting Tyre Gel

Unfortunately no full outside shots as it was dark by the time i'd finished (shock!)
