polish over carnuba?

Ok I washed, clayed, AIO,then #26. Can you put a polish over carnuba then re-carnuba? Would it be necessary to remove the #26 (with AIO) and then layer my polishes followed by a carnuba?

Just wondering if I would/could get a deeper shine? I was thinking maybe #7 or maybe 1zUPP. It shines nice now just wondering if it would shine even better. Thank you.

It depends on what you mean by "polish"... you mean a glaze? Or do you mean an abrasive product, which is what I call a "polish"?

In any case, any glaze or abrasive would remove all the AIO/#26. If it's just been freshly applied though, it might be worthwhile to strip it off before using other products, because if there's enough of it still present it could cause unforseen problems.

If your paint needs some correction then it will still help, but glaze shouldn't be used as a crutch IMHO.
