Polish Angel... is it really worth the price???

Tops the ISM Coat and Overcoat on the granite very, very nicely. We`ll see how it holds up. Really worked great on the marbled dark blue solid surface in the shower; glossy as all get out and water just sheets off.

I may try it on my counters then. (but no coating)

Thanks.

Have (nearly had) a 200ml bottle and did:

2016 Civic Coupe x 3
2016 WRX x 3
2004 Corvette x 2
35 linear ft of granite counter top
60 or so sq ft solid surface shower surround

Have enough left to probably do 2-3 coats on WRX or Civic.

I likely have a heavy hand though.

heavy hand? nah
I got a couple coats on my SRT and bottle is half gone :)

I agree it`s good stuff, but I`ve yet to see any side by side with other coating/booster products (and I`m still waiting for my bottle of Gloss). I`ve used Viking Spritz and it`s nice, but I just can`t pull the trigger on a $100 bottle of Gold Zircon (for me it`s a novelty item). The PA sealant is good, but a lot of sealants are good. I really like the Final Polish for the ease of removal and smell, but the Master Compound made me reach for FG 400. The Sprayduster I didn`t like at all, too thick and hard to wipe off (could be user error, lol). The Wheel Coating is ok, but I prefer Hydro2 for the easy application.

I was just responding to the OP whether PA was worth the cost or not. Is every product they make the best in the world? Probably not. When you factor in cost, is it that much better than other products? Only you can decide that. But I`m not throwing out any of my other detailing supplies anytime soon.

I still will be happy to send you some Tac Systems Quartzmax for you to do a side by side by side by side evaluation of booster products. I trust you. I know the prep work will be done right.
I totally get where you`re coming from.
Perhaps my views are skewed as I essentially invest 100% of my detailing profits into buying new stuff I really don`t "need."

I tried to get some quartz max the other day but I guess you bought it all up, lol..all the site had was 50ml`s

hey, I`ll straight up tell anyone if I think a product sucks, but so far I`ve had stellar results with PA and I just bought a whole lot more of their products to try.

is the juice worth the squeeze?
who knows

but I`m squeezing lots of fruit to get that juice these days

Brandt, I will look forward to the side / by / side comparisons. I need to see the results in a way that`s quantifiable because the price makes me shudder. How many cars can you do with a bottle?
zero so far. this is only for me, lol

I`m not really one to consider application amounts sometimes especially with this fancy stuff, I figure to make my money back with one or two uses of the products so the rest is to `waste`

I`m not a pro like you, I just do the family fleet of four. How many cars can you do with a bottle? Trying to figger my ROI on a bottle....

oh I`m not a pro either...
I`d say a sedan...you could probably get at least 8-10 coats out of a 200ml bottle, applied sparingly (whatever that means)

considering each coat can last 7 months (call it 4)- thats shine measured in years

don`t quote me on that amount though

that is a non scientific measurement

i literally have no idea

I like to use PA stuff on my little Fiesta, because its MINE. The my family`s Mercedes` (2) gets whatever.. like Wolfgang, BlackFire or something. lol

Can`t speak for its "quality" since I didn`t do a 50/50 test panel yet on the Mercs, but my car is fabulous. lol

Goal for next time when the weather is warm... 50/50 PA COSMIC WITH HG VS OPTI GLOSSCOAT WITH BF WAX (forgot the full name but its my "premuim-ish" wax. lol on the hood of a car.

oh I`m not a pro either...

NEWSFLASH! You`re a pro :)

That is probably the biggest bold face lie I`ve ever heard! You are a pro sir! :D

I agree it only lasts 4 solid months.

<---- Not an expert
(but I did stay at a holiday inn express)

YOU NEED THIS STUFF
(buy it while on sale of regret waiting)

I wasn`t impressed with my Viking spirtz
In fairness no QD or spray wax/sealant has...with exception when applied to black cars..

I did like Viking coat , adds a nice reflective IMG on single stage paints

I`ll be trying hi gloss though

I hope I am impressed with the products I ordered from Polish Angel. I know one thing, their tracking and notifications are second to none. If the product is anything like their tracking process, I will have a winner for sure!!

I just ordered from them late on the 23rd (Wednesday night). And I had my order at 5 pm today. Pretty incredible coming from Germany to get here in 5 days let alone over a holiday weekend. Very impressed with their operation.

That hi gloss seems promising.

So I washed my car, which is coated with EXO, yesterday morning with PA Glissante. Evaluated the shampoo. I thought it did a good job, but at 2-3.00 a wash decided I probably wouldn`t buy it again. Then in the afternoon I was walking to the refrigerator in the garage, glanced at my car and had to do a double take. Then looked closely from different angles. The metallic actually "popped" more. Up until this point if anyone would have told me a car wash could make the metallic pop more I would have thought they were smoking crack.

I don`t know if it just rinse cleaner and what is left behind gives you a clearer view of the paint, or it does a better job of removing road film?? I don`t know, but I do know all it took was a quick glance to see the difference. I know there is no comparison pics, but I did take some pics of the metallic.
