I would have a pressurewashed a interior like that. I routinely do so if its a vinyl and rubber interior. I'll hit every surface with degreaser and then with the pressure washer. Put a dryer in it afterwards for about 4 horus and dress it.

Ditto. I've done plenty of tow trucks with the vinyl flooring/seats and that is how I've done them. Comes out great with little effort.
