Please post any questions you have for Dr. G from Optimum Polymer Technologies here.

I will be having a short interview with Dr. G to post on the website and the forum. If we have good feedback then we can ask other vendors your questions and ideas.

This is a great chance to ask one of the most open and honest people (not to mention extremely knowledgeable) in all of car care.

Will we see an update to Optimum Car Wax or Opti-Seal in the near future? The reason I ask is because most products in the line have been tweaked.

Second that, would like to know if any new update is in the near future for these great products. Also any new products coming soon?

I heard that from Chris too. So I am hoping Chris has a working setup so he can show us how the mf pads/polishes work and let us try them out similar to how Griots demo'ed their stuff.

4) Does Optimum plan on coming out with a spray paint cleaner/prep product for coatings? (similar to CarPro Earser)?
 
what does the doctor recommend in terms of prepping for opticoat?

specifically, I'm wondering if all of the polishes i.e. finishing polish, polish II, and hyperpolish can just be wiped off with a damp mf or ONR (at X dilution) in preparation for OC application.

Also, if we wanted to put on another layer of OC, what process is recommended to "scuff" the surface enough for it to bond, without necessarily removing the previous layer (assume first layer is a year old).
