Also I think its a good idea to somehow work in how a properly detailed car can go for alot more when you sell it. Remember everyone is getting in their refund checks, and thinking about a new car.
Also I like the idea about coupons, maybe add a coupon for 'first-time customers', then see if you can drop off flyers at businesses that have some decent cars outside. Alot of businesspeople simply have no time to clean their cars, and would gladly pay for someone to properly detail them for them.
