Plastic Razors

Any tips on where I can purchase these locally? I'd rather not spend $7 S&H to buy them online, nor wait for them to arrive! I have some vinyl racing stripes that need to come off ASAP!



For some reason they are turning brown very rapidly... (regularly silver) :sosad
 
I make my own out of plastic picnic knives. I usually melt down the edge so it is smooth. I even take it one step further and break the blade in half, seems to work better. Even unmelted they can be used.



Some people use an old credit card.

Just an FYI, all plastic razor blades are not the same. I have a bulk pack I ordered a few years ago that are all pretty dull. The blades I recently ordered from Danase have a nice edge to them. I suppose both types could each serve a purpose, but I really prefer the blades I got from Bob..... plus he has very fast shipping..... order a few more items (you gotta try his new Phat towels) to even out the shipping cost.



IceWeasel, did you try any ScratchX or other polish on those stripes yet? If you're going to remove them anyway, it wouldn't hurt to try something a little abrasive on them, and it might get those stains off.
