Pimped out Sunfire

yeah... im not tryin to diss the car...

by all means i know what you're saying, but for my personal preference it does not cater to my taste.. but its your friends car, and he likes it... so thats cool

but to keep things on track.. it does look a lot better when clean! i must say that... lol

:) - I mean come on it's better than a stock sunfire and you work with what you have! - at least it's not covered in "TYPE-S" or IROC emblems.

True and nice work! Please remember that "pimped" and "Sunfire" do not go in the same sentence though.;)

too bad the pictures didn't come out better, it looks great. :)

and i think it looks nice, not overly done like some other cars out there with a spoiler taller than the roof and big fart can out back. but what does it have that it's faster than your buick?

Well, I'll have better pictures tonight, he's taking some with his Fugi S5000, so they should be a heck of a lot better.

And he has headers, full exhaust, intake, 3 angle valve job, and Ported and Polished heads.

I guess I was kinda overrating it when I said it was as quick as the buick. They buick would kill it. But he said it runs around mid-high 14's. Not bad for a crapfire.

And yes he was VERY pleased with the work :D

Hey, Buick_Guy, I'm researching for a used car. A regal GS is up on the list. Any problems with it that you know of?

None at all. We had the valve covers changed, cause both were leaking, but thats normal with lots of cars. Just make sure they change the supercharger oil. Make sure the Climate control works for pre-2000 models, and try to get a 98+ because it has a better intake setup.

Other than that, we have had no problems. Some complained of steering rack problems, but there was a recall for the vehicle's affected.

Visit RegalGS.org

to find out about the car, and modding potential. Good luck with you purchase, and pick the GS.

Excuse me while I throw up.

Your work is great, but that car is just disgusting.

Sorry, had to voice my opinion.

Make that for the 2 of us- you CANNOT pimp out a Sunfire. It just can't be done. Come back and try again when GM bothers to even put rear discs on, for starters. Don't even get me started on the muffler...:scared

To be honest, that muffler is just as quite as stock. The tip is just a nice size. Its a magnaflow muffler.

I'll be back in a sec. I'll see if my neighbour is home, then I"ll show you what pimped out sunfire looks like:)

Can we give Buick_guy a break? He did a good job detailing, and that is all we should concentrate. I think some of you have been a liitle too harsh.

We didn't pay for the Sunfire and if the owner is happy.... that is all that matters.

Buick_guy I respect you for taking all these replies with your chin up.

Thank you very much! :ca ;)

The car is really really nice, I love it. Next mod should be a Crappy tire aluminum wing, chrome spinner hubcaps, stickers, banners "Fear this" (lol) and some interior paint, that should make the car look "pimp"

Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha :D, NOT!!!! But seriously, get rid of the hood, that'll make the car look a lot better. Very nice detail, I like it :)

Well, the car isn't my style...but you did a good job detailing it for the owner.

In fact, after seeing he does have some good starting mods to it (not a lot to do for Sunfires), my only real complaint is the fit on that aftermarket hood sucks.

But the real focus is your work, which is damn good. Nice jorb.

And to each their own.

Thats a $1200 dollar hood. I love it. With out it there would only be rims, and a 2 inch drop. It sets the car apart, and its functional, so nothin wrong with that.

Nice car either way.

Also, thanks for the comments.
