So if you look at the pictures, I'm sorry that they are such crappy quality. My good camera died, sorry.



But for the process, clayed the area's in need, AIO'd and SG'd. Paint was in pretty good condition to begin with, other than some minor swirls, and tar.

I charged him 100, but he payed me 50 extra:D



He said that next year he wants a complete full detail done. (doesn't have the money this year).



Also, forgot that I polished up the muffler, and cleaned the glass. Uh, polished up the headlights, and tail lights, and dressed the tires.



He was estatic. And the car is awsome, it goes like nuts. It's faster than the Buick, which is really odd. :confused:

faster than the buick. the GSX was the supercharged one, wasn't it? how fast can a buick sedan be?





btw, your work looks great, especially for someone so young. i gotcha beat, though. :D

Nah, our buick runs 13.9 Its a 2000 Regal GS. There was a package from SLP called the GSX. Just apperance anyways.



And, how do you have me beat? Didn't even do a full detail.....just AIO...polishing for him comes next year.

What was the trap speed and 60' time on that run? Just wonderin...

That's awesome. That's usually what a stock LT1 f-body runs. Get some drag radials on that thing and get the 60' down to a 1.9, and you'll see some 13.6-13.7's easily.

Nah, that would be super hard on the tranny, since it doesn't have a LSD, and its way over its power limit.



We're waiting on a pulley, so that should make about 40 more horsepower :eek:
 
maybe it'sjust me, but does it seem odd that a sock buick sedan can run a 13 second quarter mile? was the regal GSX just an ultimate sleeper than i hadn't ever heard about?

I don't know if I feel it either, but still, its a nice car, that a great person put some of their hard earned money into. If they like it, thats great. Like he said, " for every 10 people that say they don't like it, there is that one person that says the love it, and that makes it all worth while."
