Bear with me just a little longer.
Take a look at these piictures and see what you notice other than my crappy camera work.

I'll tell all in my next post. :)

Pictures 1 through 4 are my before pictures. They were taken just after a bucket wash with Meg's Gold Class and a slow flow rinse. Just dripped dry in the garage.
It is Collinite IW over Klasse AIO about 4 to 6 weeks old.

Pictures 5 through 8 are after Meg's #80 and before I do the Klasse AIO.
Then, I guess I wait until my DuraGloss arrives to finish things.

Thanks, but you just like red.:)
The wheels are factory, but were an option over the wheels that usually came on the GTP in 2000.

It is the wife's car. Of course I had to add a smaller supercharger pulley to speed up her trips to the grocery store. Also, front and rear strut tower braces for better handling in the parking lots. 53,000 miles and six years old now.

Thanks, but I really wasn't fishing for compliments. (I'll sure take them, though.:))
What I was trying to point out was how misleading pictures can be. It's difficult for me to tell which is before and which is after.
There still isn't any LSP on the car. I'm going out to put on some Klasse AIO and the DuraGloss will be applied when it shows up.

Sorry Charles , but I like the reflection in pic # 7 better than I do in pic# 3

"J"
I agree I like #7 The TSO in # 80 are working.
That is going to look awesome after the 105
Wait 24 hours and then put on a coat of AW and you will be amazed at how much it ramps up the gloss
How about some tips on taking photos of are cars.
Those are good photos.
When I take a photo of my car it looks much different than seeing it in person
I think my vette looks awesome until I see it in a picture and then it don't even look like the same car.

More in the ongoing saga.

After Klasse AIO

Exactly:cool: pictures are worthless as they are two dimensional and can be manipulated by anyone with some skill. Even more worthless are pictures of detailed new cars. New cars are SUPPOSED TO BE SHINY !!! What does detailing a new car and listing products a,b, or c prove? Nothing at all !!!
If you went into a new car showroom and saw all dull cars you probably would not buy them.
Looking at pictures of cars on forums is nice and entertaining but prove nothing at all. Enjoy the pictures, feel good after you have detailed your car and post it to get some self esteem if you must, but as many people have said before, "Proper preperation and procedures is 90% and Product is 10%" ,
so do it right and almost any product will give you a great shine.....or .....

What you say is true but how is it any better without pictures.
When you say I detailed my car using products A B & C and it looks awesome I have no idea what it looks like because your idea of awesome may be different than mine. So One could so that the post would be worthless without pictures.

Thats only iwhen you dealing with a dishonest poster. I 've said in my post anyone can make a New car look shiney, but take 10-20 year old cars and make look it good, esp daily driver like me, i'm no pro only an enthusiast but i put many hrs into the car to make it look nice at best as i really cand afford a new car since i chose a house/mortgage to give my wife and children a home of there own. i'm far from being scared of showing sun shots and some very close ones at that. since this is charles trhead i will start a new thred of my own with my 11 year old 95 Buick Park Ave W/110,000 miles. sorry for imposing on you thread but my car isn't complete as of yet complete..

Charles,

I'm looking forward to your DG observations vs. some of the other products that you've used in the past. Please keep us posted.
