This is an 01 Lexus SC 400 sent by a local body shop because of serious 'overspray' that could not remove with claying...
It had been a year since they sprayed (and baked) the hood. Owner went to tradein and was informed of serious overspray on 90% of car. After a year, he put the blame on the body shop...
Long story, of course, but I did this:
ValuGuard's A-B-C neutralization system
Full clay on all panels
Minimal buffing with PC (SMR) no clearcoat!
"C" wash
AIO
SG
P21S
Grounded to water pipe overnight (no dust!)
I was most pleased with the result.
The finish was "like a baby's butt"!
