Pics of my new PC stand...

here is a pic of the box it came in.

waynejitsu> Specs in are on box,

no legs are not adj, not sure of the capacity?

look at the pics, there are 3 compartments on the top one big 2 smaller.

thanks for the info!!!

i wish it was bigger(i don't only use it as a detail table, but for other jobs as well.

the auto zone table is only 14x15 3/4, not much mre than a foot square. the red one os 21x 29 1/2, almost twice the size, which in my case, i REALLY need...

it will also support over 200 pounds of weight(good for heavy use.

thanks again:

As I said in my first post, I wouldnt put more on it than a pc and a few bottles of products................:nono

yup!..., you sure did. i didn't go back and reread until you pointed it out, i sure am glad you did. i also noticed your table has pads, mine does not, until tomorow anyhow, LOL!

i don't know why, but everything i have "has" to be customized:nixweiss

WOW!!! thats almost double the price of the heavy duty, large, high capacity stand i found for $34.99.

try going to wal mart. i don't know how "heavy duty" it was compared to the one i found at big lots, but it was $34.99 and looked VERY nice.

i don't know if they only had them for the holidays, but at that price and used only for detailing, it would be a steal!

(it is not listed on the wal mart web site)

hope you are able to find one 300zx, i know you really are wanting one....

$5 more for a bigger(twice the top size), heavy duty stand, that you can put all your equipment on and still have room to move your stuff around without worrying about knocking down opened bottles and such. it even has seperate compartment for putting the botles on so you don't knock them over.

to me it would be worth the extra $5

no, i do not own stock in wal mart, LOL!

just a few new updates,

I think that Pat did find the right one, I talked to him on IM earlier in the day and he was on the phone with Auto zone at the time, it was $29 also.

Next today I was putting up the new garage door openers and used the stand to help, it worked great! I put it up as high as I could get it to go and used it to hold my drill, screw drivers and other misc. nuts, bolts and such... made the day much easier!

Hey all,

Thanks for all your help RCG. I am supposed to pick up the stand tomorrow at Auto Zone. They were able to get their hands on one for me.

After several calls around to different stores, I was able to locate the part number and have my local store order one for me.

The Auto Zone part# is 410877. Cost$29.99

If anyone has any questions please feel free to PM me.

Hope it helps

Update: Well I picked up the stand today at Autozone and it was very easy to put together. Mucho thanks to RCG for the info on this.

I love this thing. Its going to be great not to have to put things on the ground etc when detailing the car.

Here are some pics:

good thing you got the autozone one. i went to wal mart last night to get another stand and they were sold out, can ya believe it, WAL MART SOLD OUT!

one of the guys working there said they just sold them around the holidays. seems such a shame, i use mine for EVERYTHING:)

Pats300zx, I couldn't help noticing that you store your detailing stuff in the same storage thing that I have! I even have the smaller drawer on top where I put my MF's! :D

Yeah....Like minds huh lolol

I need to get more of them and stack em. I have them too full of stuff and its hard to open them...
