I lurk on The Motley Fool's discussion boards, and over there, when someone cracks a joke like yours, the reader "rewards" him by giving him a "rec" (recommendation) for best post of the day if they like it. I instinctively reached for the "rec" bar when I read your post. Of course, there is no such device on DC... :-)
