I'm probably going to use it tomorrow on the wheel wells of my Pathfinder. My goal is to find something to help them clean easier. My cars are "waxed", so I'm thinking using it on those would just be a waste.

I was thinking of using it 7.5% ??? Does that sound right. I may try it on half the hood as well.

It's hard to judge longevity, since I think a lot of my soaps/WW/RW cause beading on there own.
 
wonder how it would do a engine bay? would it be safe for everything in there? wheel wells are a idea. like swanciyouth, i am prima shielded for quite some time.......

It works well under hood. Once everything is clean I have sprayed it one and it helps to keep everything clean longer...

Exactly... I have it on my engine, glass, wheels, exhaust, trim... just about everything on the exterior of my beater... It looks great and lasts a long time. Major thumbs up!

No reason to "blast" water...

Unlike some other product Permanon bonds "instantly" to the surface it is sprayed on. (I believe it is a negative/positive type bonding) I use a Dual action sprayer set to atomize the product into a super fine mist. This gets me good even coverage with out having to overly soak anything.

Once you apply it you can simply wipe the excess and water off with an old towel. Or I have used the "mist" setting on my nozzle to apply more water and rinse everything off. Usually I need to either wipe some stuff down or use my MasterBlaster to dry everything.
