People say you can't polish a turd

I bought this truck for $500 for a woods/play toy on the weekends. I couldn't resist seeing what I could do with it.





The paint was BAD BAD, probally never waxed since 1990. The inside was just as bad.

It had overspray like you couldn't imagine--It was a painter's truck. I picked it up for $500, needed a good clean up and it needs a motor. Neighbor allready offered me $1000 for it..lol It's going to be a woods/play truck but I couldnt resist.

oh goodness I used two clay bars, and there was still some left!



The inside I used a 4000psi pressure washer on the carpet, it was freakin NASTY, smelt like open (_!_) :gross:



I soaked it down with the cheapo foam gun from walmart with soap, bleach, lever 2000, whatever I could find that would soap up..lol.



Wiped the inside down with rubbing alochol to disinfect it..and then with a damp towel for now.



Still have to find a motor....but at least it looks fair sitting there...lol
