This car was relatively clean when I got it, but was in dire need of some clay...The interior was in ok shape, needed some cleaning around where their little guy sat, but other than that, the car was a joy to work with :chuckle:



Exterior:

-Wash with NXT wash

-Clay with Pinnacle Poly Ultra Clay

-Wheels cleaned with Meguiars All wheel cleaner / The Wheel Schmitt

-Wheel wells got F21

-Tires wear Meg's Hot Shine

-Glass got NXT Glass Cleaner/Werkstatt Prime

-Werkstatt Prime via PC LC White Pad

-Werkstatt Acrylic Jet by hand

-Buffed off AJ with AJT and a microfiber

-I treated all of the trim with my newely ordered Meguiar's Hyper dressing...I diluted a mixture of 2:1 for the trim, and 4:1 for fenderwells/engine bays, and I absolutely love this product...I love the smell and especially the look it gives...it dries to a nice black and is not greasy to the touch at all!



Interior:

-Vacuum

-Carpets cleaned with Meg's APC 4:1

-Door panels/tough spots on leather cleaned with Meg's APC 10:1

-Pinnacle's Leather Cleaner/Conditioner

-Dash/Vinyl wears Meg's Hyper Dressing, 2:1

Do you find that those light-colored lexus carpets are a byoch to clean? I detail a realators RX-330 on a weekly basis and those carpets give me a fit.

Yeah those carpets are a PITA, we have the same interior color on the Prius. Has something to do with how the Toyota carpet is weaved, makes it hard to clean.



Lexus got smart this year and pairs the cream interiors with a mat that matches the dashboard color like they used to.

They did seem to be a little tough to clean...there were a few stains which came out, but I definately had to work at it!

I really like the Werkstatt line...The products are relatively cheap, easy to use, and they seem to make lighter colored cars/cars with lots of flake really pop! The main reason I bought this line was to give the cars a little better durability than EX-P, Poliseal, NXT, etc...
