I have an interest in the opionated product "Rejex" there seem to be as many bias opions on this product as there are to President Bush and the war on Iraq.

Ok the car I will be testing the Rejex on is my car I keep it clean but its been in need of some wax or sealent. I figure I'll put Rejex to the test I have great expectations for this product.

I will be updating this thread daily w/ each step

Pearl, is the wax opinionated or are the folks discussing it opinionated?? :o

I am a REJEX user. The product has not overly impressed me. It works, but it's not a miracle cure.

Pearl,

I found the Rejex to have a very high initial gloss and great slickness, which begins to fade within a week. I've never used it on the entire vehicle. I am using it ONLY on the front and rear plastic bumper covers (where bugs accumulate) to ease the cleaning. Sometimes on the leading edge of the hood. I'll also apply it to the areas just behind the wheel well openings.

The product fades quickly. I know C&D magazine did a write-up and made favorable comments. I think there are many superior products that will last longer.

If that initial slickness and gloss lasted beyond a week, then you'd really have something. But it doesn't.

My ultimate test is whether I'd buy it again. I would not.

My dad uses it on the leading edges of the wing and front cowling of his plane. As for shine it really doesnt do anything, but when it comes time to wash bugs off it really does help.

I just did a Chevy K1500 PU with it. Real easy to use, impresive gloss and skickness. We'll see how long it lasts. :xyxthumbs

Pearl,

Where did you see that "Y" on your car? :D

Infinity is an American audio manufacturer.

Ah, and high gloss, durable sealants for me please! Think of FK1 #2180...
