PC7424 5" pads vs 6/6.5" pads

What is the difference between using a PC 7424 with 5" pads vs 6/6.5 inch pads.



Is the time/finishing difference much of a variable in applying/removing products, much different? Wouldn't this enhance the effect and allow you to work smaller areas?



Is the control any different between the two pad diameters relative to handling the PC 7424?



I would think that the faster pad speed would enhance the break down of polishes, enhance the "effect" and create a better surface, without increasing work time and possibly making things a "Little Gentler" on the user, a "big" concern for me!

Am I right or wrong? Help/opinions are very welcome.

I don't have any experience with anything but 6.5" either but I would assume part of answer would be obvious in between 6.5" and 4" pads (handling wise and footprint wise). Would that enhance break down and "effect" (whatever you consider by effect)? I don't know. But I do guess that will also make them a bit more dangerous than 6.5"?



BTW, where you would be getting 5" ones from? I have ordered some 5.5" ones from AG.
