PC Pads For My C5

Im picking up a backing plate and a couple pads for use on my 98 Corvette, Torch Red. I already have the Wolfgang PreWax Cleaner and Paint Sealant that Ive used before. I have a bottle of the Wolfgang Swirl Remover that just came out in transit too. I have some marring from claybarring and over the years of its life, along with some fine scratches from where a small branch fell on my car while driving down a road. There are also a couple minor scratches here and there, with the worst one being on my front facia from an accident involving a water clamp on a hose. What pads from WolfgangCarCare do you recommend for my plan of attack (wash, clay where needed, swirl remover, prewax polish, sealant)? I know that the newWolfgang swirl cutter varies in abrasiveness according to the pad you use.
 
Well, your not going to get any more abrasive results with the SMR, its the pad that will be doing the cutting. Im not sure of what they sell in regards to pads, but just start with a simple polishing pad on a small area. If you dont like the results, pick another area, and try it a little longer at a slower rate of movement, not necessarily speed, just the rate your making your passes. If your still not satisifed, you may want to bump up your product abrasiveness before your pad.....

A big mitsake people are making is if there not happy with the results, they bump the pad up instead of relying on product and technique. RELY on your product before your pad.
