PB's Black Hole

Just curious -- How much did you charge him the first time you detailed his car and what services did you provide. Did you undercharge him the first time and then try to upsell or get what your services were worth the second time around? If I am reading in between the lines correctly you were paid $60 this time. I am trying to understand how a repeat customer is hagling you on price usually referals in my experience don't even blink on the price because they already know what it is. Then again I am not from the NJ area, so just trying to understand the pricing issue here.
 
i cant stand cheap customers and really dont want to work for them .. they are the biggest nit pickers and belly achers .. im glad you stood your ground .. if you go out to dinner and order an appetizer do you expect them to bring you steak&lobster ? uh no . they cant stay in buisness doing that and neither can you . your time is money and he bought x amount of time and thats what he got ..good job buddy
 
Suddleston, I don't remember the entire process but I did interior last time, and I believe I clayed maybe PP and finished with NXT. He got me last time for 80. This time I left the doors shut, except for quick door jam wipe downs. This time the car had pretty bad scratches around driver side of the car. M105 took them out nicely except for a few rids. The wheels were also cleaned and polished. I then BH'D the entire car. dressed all trim, wells and tires. 60 bucks was not enough for this job.
