Here are the results of spraying the tire with PB's APC diluted 10:1, and scrubbing with a cheap tire brush, with a little elbow grease.

Holy crap! Where did you find a car with whitewall tires? I see it's a Buick, which I think has the oldest demographic of any GM division (any car co.?), so that may explain it. BTW, where can I get this "elbow grease" which seems to be an integral part of your process? ;)

Guess I should try 10:1, I've been using 3:1 and it was working great, I could be saving quite a bit of product.

It's my friend's mom's car.

I buy Zymol elbow grease. It's $725 per kilojoule, but it's so much better than the cheaper stuff.
