PB Trim Restore

I have tried 303,1Z, Megs Natural shine. I'm looking for a good low sheen or satin look trim dressing for my exterior plastic. The products that I have mentioned look nice but have zero durability and they run when they get wet. My truck sits outside 24/7. How is the PB Trim Restore? Does it run?

I do not have any problems with TR running on trim. It lasts for weeks even in the rain. iIget best results by buffing off the excess after a few min.

Yes, if you apply and then buff off the excess you'll get a nice light gloss. It's not too shiney. Also, it really darkens trim and turns it black. I haven't used it on non-black trim yet, but I would be concerned that it might turn it black or at least darker.

Tropicare Non silicone tire dressing might be what you're looking for. It is a non sling polymer product that dries on hard plastic and lasts for months. I use it on my hard black cowl plastic.

I love PB Trim Restorer and also Adam's V.R.T. Both are low gloss after being buffed and have good durability.

TR is a great product. Like others have said, it lasts a good while and is easy to use. I've also had a nicer finish when I buffed off the excess after a few minutes.

TR has great durability and cleans well. The dark finish that it provides is terrific. You have to remember to buff off the excess well though, or else you could get some running.

Cannot add anything to that!

That's weird, I don't have any problems with Meguiar's Natural Shine running. :nixweiss

I Think I took your advice on this one Zane. I had the Bottle of Nat. Shine sitting on the shelf and thought I'd give it a try. I didnt like the thick consistency and it did run after the first rain. I know I didnt buff off after application. It seems buffing off any excess is the concensus here!

Is PB a thick or thin product? Does have any cleaning ability?

It's a clear silicone oil, fairly thin. It's cleaning ability comes from the oil base I guess, and the tendency of silicone to be able to penetrate other materials.
