PB SSR 2.5 Polishing speed with rotary buffer

I have read rotary buffer speed range is 1000 to 1500 rpm. In Meg's video, they suggest from 1500 to 2000 rpm. I have SSR 2.5 and wondering what is the best speed range for Poorboys product?



I started 1000 to 1500 rpm with Sonus SFX 1 & 2, they gummed up around 1300+. Later found out Sonux only recommanded 700 to 1000 rpm. I guess each product react different than each other.

I'd never go higher than 1650 rpm. 700 - 1500 is my usual speed range.



1400 is what I used 2.5 at last time

.1400 -1800 would probably be the best range ...if using SSR3 don't be afraid to go higher for short periods of time.

that is what Steve from Poorboys said to me in an e mail a few days ago.

I wil find out today. I'm going test out ssr2.5 on my makita today.
