So I finished my detail on the Saleen using my new Poorboy's products for the first time. Even though things didn't go quite the way i thought they would, overall i'd say i'm pretty pleased with the results.

Blackhole by hand, 2 coats of EX-P (both coats allowed to cure overnight, 2nd coat actually about 36 hours) then 2 coats of Natty's Blue

Though i hope to have purchased a decent orbital polisher by the time i need to do this again... :D hand application of all these layers was a bit much... haha

Great job, the second coat of EX-P really adds a lot of clarity to the paint. I noticed this a few years back, when I did my jet black BMW

Nice job! Car looks great... Even for a Ford! Just kidding, car really does look great though. Tha blue just pops in the sun

Thanks everyone! I can't wait to do this all over again with a DA... as i mentioned in my other thread, the hand application of BlackHole didn't hide the swirls and spiderwebs as well as i was hoping for... but the overall look after all 3 steps took me by surprise
