Park Avenue Detailing: 2009 BMW 323i *jet black*

This was a last minute contract for a dealer to get this 2009 BMW 323i loaner with 5000k ready for delivery. I started last night at 7pm and finished around 1am. Goal was to make the paint decent looking (not absolute RID correction etc). Only the paint was done, as the car has to be driven back to the dealer to get the rest cleaned up. And of course since this car was Jet Black it had it's own problems. A microfiber swipe would marr the paint and so on.

Process:

SIP/Orange via Flex

Power Finish/White via Flex

PO85RD/Blue via Flex

Pinnacle Souveran

Please excuse the lack of pictures/quality, as I was pressed for time.

great work

looks good .. im about to do my 09 JB E90 next week... ive heard also before about the marring from a simple wipe of the microfiber.... what did you do to avoid this? Im using Flex with SIP as well along with 106fa.

Your probably going to have to finish off with a much finer pad then white.. Grey/Blue/Red

SIP/Orange

106fa/White

106fa/blue

Depends on how finicky the paint is.. I wasn't able to finish down properly without the middle step.

try SIP/Orange then 106fa/grey/blue then do a ISA wipe and see if it covered anything up...

maybe ill just pick up some 85rd anyway just incase and just do

sip/orange

106fa/white

85rd/grey

better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it =)
