The other day I got into a discussion with the service manager at the dealership I do some work for. They had me do a paint seal on a used car, (normally I do new cars) the car was in great need of a complete detail prior to doing the paint seal. The service manager said, I can't pay you to do the detail, only the paint seal. So with much regrete, I did what he asked. As you can imagion the job did not turn out well at all. Their were plenty of defects that shoud of been removed before doing the final step. Later that day I wrote an e mail to the sales staff and said that before they sell a paint seal on a used car they must include a complete detail as part of the package. I don't understand how some people think this business works? Gary
