paint on sideview mirror

My friend's car has some paint on the sideview mirror from scraping against a garage. She doesn't take care of the car the way an Autopian would. Washes it at car washes with brushes and OPD (Other People's Dirt).

What's good to use to get this paint off ? Thanx.
 
Accumulator, thanx for the tip. I haven't seen the damage yet, but I was guessing if it wasn't too deep, Goo Gone might actually help. I used Goo Gone on a few shoe marks on my door sills and they came out with barely any effort.

She was going to go with compound.

Will recommend the clay as well.
