Are you ready to learn the craftsmenship of what goes into a perfect paint finish? Have you been eager, but can't get the experiance you need? In the business of Auto Detailing many of us read forums to gain knowledge. This is great, but where can you get true hands on instruction by a leading professional? Look no further, you have just found it! On average I get about 15 - 20 questions a week through phone calls, emails, text messages and other various souces of contact for help with Paint Correction. It took a while for me to find the time to dedicate to giving back to the community in which has given me so much. I thought I would put together a FREE training seminar to all those who would love to attend.

During the event I will be offering class room discussion ( in a shop ) on the paint damage and what it is. You will learn how to correct paint by wetsanding, machine sanding, and polishing. I'm gonna give you all the secrets you need to succeed as a Paint Correction Specialist. This will be a 8 - 10 hour course. You will be instructed in various polishing methods From Rotory to DA movements. You will be able to experiment and have hands on time. This course will be designed for both the beginner and professional. All particpants will recieve Certificate of Attendence from the new Presidential Details " Behind the Scences Training Program. "

I look foward to meeting you in March.

Updates : Jan 27th 2012 I would like to thank everyone for there emails. At this point I have about 25 people who have signed up from all over the eastern part of the United States. I'm currently working with a local hotel to get everyone discounted rates on a rooms for those traveling from distances. I have a feeling this is going to turn into a pretty big event! I am talking to another top notch pro to find out if he is willing to come out and help. I will be also holding several drawings. I have just order a brand new Dyna Brade attachment and a new Dewalt DW849XP to give a way!!! I plan to have fun and meet alot of outstanding people!

January 28th 2012 I have been just informed that a yet another company would like to sponsor the event. There coming from across the pond to the U.S. It looks like you will all get a chance to meet Autosmart!

Very cool. Nice to see some Pro's offering a FREE training class too, way to go Barry! :xyxthumbs

Sent info via you link. Will I need to follow up with a ph call ? Would be driving from Indianapolis and willing to take a rider along.

Wow Ben thanks for Sponsoring the Event! Tell Tunch its an honor to have 3D International and Autopia sponsor the event!!! Im excited. This is going t be great!

You may want to spell check that...there's a LOT of errors. Spelled rotary wrong twice, craftsmanship wrong, sources is missing a letter, attendance was mispelled as well. That's all I saw. It may not matter...but, just in case it does I figured I'd mention it only because it appears to be an advertisement.

That idea is fantastic though. I'm sure a lot of people will take you up on that training! Good luck!

Heh heh, you sound like me, always busting Barry's [censored] over stuff like that :chuckle:

Any time he *really* cares, he can always run stuff past me, but he always has a lot on his plate and spelling isn't exactly a top priority for him.

Barry's a super pro away from the keyboard, so yeah, spelling during posting on Autopia really is small potatoes for him. Not everyone has a ( boring) behind a keyboard and monitor all day type of job, where our spelling and other syntax could be a matter of holding our toes to fire by our superiors or other colleagues if we ( censored) it up too much.

Given that, I envy Barry because he has so much time away from a keyboard and gets compensated nicely for it.

The first post has been updated at the bottom! Also thanks for proof reading it for me gents after I posted it! If I made a post and all the spelling was correct, you would know instantly I didn't write it! Either that or I got lucky! So I left the spelling errors! Hey thats just how I roll. :whistle1:

Hope the wife (Business Partner) and I can attend, only allowed to apply for time off 14 days (or less) in advance two weeks max ahead of 1st desired day for time off, so I have to put in March 17th or later for the 31st.
