Try an IPA wipe and then consider using a different finish wax/sealent. Soak the chips really well with the IPA, but then you will definately need to re-wax. To avoid a Re-was, may try a detail brush or small paint brush.
I had this on a dark green car until I switched to NXT 2.0 liquid. No problem with that. Last time I did the car I used JW's Acrylic Prime and followed with AJT, topped with Carnauba Jett. White spots cannot appear with that mix.
