Here is a list of what I have:

PC XP

2 6.5 CCS White pads

1 6.5 CCS Blue Pad

1 6.5 CCS Black Pad

2 5.5 Red wax pads

4 4" LC orange pads

XMT Cleaner and Conditioner

Most of the cars I have lined up are about the same. Paint in good condition, light swirls, minimal scratches. I was thinking the white pads with M205 and a suggestion for a sealant or wax would be good. I have #26 yellow wax already. Would that suffice?

Here is the worst car:

Thanks in advance!

You are going to need more than 205 and white pad to help with that one. Those scratches look too deep to take out anyway. 105 and an Orange will help it alot though.

Replace your 6.5" pads with 5.5" pads and definitely will need more than M205/white or even orange to fully correct those (probably won't correct them completely anyway)

Just saw post above me... correct.

I dont think they will fully go awayt, but to make then look better is what I am looking for. He just can't afford a full paint job at the moment. Also considering Menzerna SIP or IP. I need to order some orange pads for sure then.

I started with this scratch, with which compound applied by hand couldn't touch.

M105 with a LC Hydro Tech Cyan pad did this, without M205 following. I did end up finishing with M205 as better lighting would reveal micromarring and an 'unsatisfactory' finish to end with. I used 4" pads as well, I felt it gave me more confidence in working out that particular scratch. The more aggressive pad and compound did well at hiding it. Yes, it is still there, but you wouldn't know it until you put your face next to it.

I know in your case the scratches are worse, and you have a different product selection. If you can't get M105 locally [or another aggressive polish], Meg's Ultimate Compound was recommended to me, which is a step below M105 for the consumer and is quite aggressive and finishes nicely. It would work well with your Orange pads as far as I know.

Well I just ordered some Uber 5.5" pads. 1 Orange, 2 green, 1 blue, 1 black, and M105/M205 combo. I will update as soon as I receive everything.

You will need some white pads and throw that white pad that came with the pc away. After you use the 5.5" and 4" pads you will never go back to the 6.5" pads again. You can use the lighter cutting pads for paint cleaners, waxes/sealants. Better read up on wetsanding. From the looks of those photos you will need it.

I responded to your post in the Intro section. Look up Tasco Auto Color in Houston. They carry M105 and 205. They also carry M83, M20, 21, 3, 7 and the Megs Detailer Line. This will save you on shipping and handling and you can just go down and get it at your convenience. Tasco is where I buy all my Megs products and if they don't have it, they can usually get it by the next day. They also carry the 3M Products like Ultrafina. I use the one in Deer Park because, one, their two blocks from my shop, and two, they carry all the products I use just for me. They are also willing to deal with you. I always give them AG's or ADS's prices, they will match them. I get my Clay Magic Red and Blue Clay bars from them for $13 a piece, and that's hard to beat. Speaking of clay bars, don't forget that step. I'm mostly a rotary user but in the many years of detailing I've done my fair share of PC using and testing, and from my experience, using the 4" pads, whether there DI brand or LC, the CCS pads are great but the flat pads have more bite when using a PC for correction.

Here's a link to their locations. I think the one closest to you is close to downtown in the Heights, but they don't have a great in store collection, but can still get anything. There's one in Missouri City that's just a hop over on the Tollway for you and they carry a big selection.
