Pad cleaning MF vs. Foam

I spin my microfiber pads over a nylon bristle brush after each section, fluffs them right up. After a few more sections, I also spin them over an ONR dampened MF towel. 
 
Scott   Do you use a stiff brush similar to what you'd use for a foam pad or is it a softer brush??
 
I generally don't spin foam pads over anything but a dampened MF towel.

Scott--do you spin them at a normal polishing speed of 3-4 or at some slower or faster speed???
