Very interesting. I have a friend with a honda prelude and another with a civic about the same year as yours. Both of their red paints look "cloudy" and off color in the sun. It has almost no depth to the paint and just looks tired. I don't know what Honda did with that paint for those years, but something is really odd. I have no idea how to explain it, besides they fubar'd something!
