The sad thing... I saw this while detailing a clients car (post later tonight) and they were detailing these cars across the street for money!!!! :scared:  :(

I sometimes wonder about my skills being up to par with real pro's and if my clients are getting their money's worth from my services --- the usual nerves any conscientous provider of services might have.

But upon seeing that , I don't feel nearly inadequate anymore.

Thanks for the confidence builder. :rofl  :bounce ;)

Yeah , that might work to your advantage.

Once they see the quality of work you put out compared to those two clowns , you could see some business come your way.

Detailing is hard work even when done properly. Thie removal of that much wax has got to get your arms into muscle spams by the time you are done... if ever done...lol

any good ideas on how to go about getting these customers to come to the light side? I am prolly gonna hit them up with a flyer or something.

If you look closely at the BMW on the left it is covered in way too much wax :soscared:

Len.

That's a Cadillac STS, but yeah entirely too much wax. Reminds me of Scottwax's neighbor with the black silverado!! :soscared:

Cadillac STS. It says it on the back of the car. I love my 19" monitor. :2thumbs:

That wax job reminds me of the first time I waxed my first car. I was 17 and got the car in January. I slathered on some Turtle Wax paste just like that and let it sit overnight.

When I went to take it off the next day it wasn't pretty. :rofl :soscared:

I'd like to see what kind of towels he took it off with, too :). I remember just a few short years ago, I'd use about a tin of Meguiar's cleaner wax on my car, and take it off with old dishcloths :(. Never got it right until I got my rotary, either.
