So you came through the BigD back in '78? I can tell you Dallas and the surrounding Metroplex has g-r-o-w-n since then. You might have been running down 635 (aka LBJ). You would be hard pressed to find a stretch to get up much speed for too long now.
We can be all about the beef down here, so the good steak wouldn't surprise me. Though admittedly, I've eaten some pretty sorry excuses for steaks here also...the proprietors should have been embarrassed at what they did to that poor cow!
