I've topped all my detailing so far with acrylic sealants, but decided I'd like to give waxes a try. In my last order to autogeek.net I purchased a grey pad that is described on the website as follows:
Gray Finishing Foam 6.5" - Composition is firm enough to withstand added pressure during final finishing to remove buffer swirls. It has no cut and will apply thin, even coats of waxes, sealants, and glazes.
What I received today, however, came in a plastic bag with the following label:
"Black foam finishing pad. This black pad is designed for applying glazes, finishing polish, liquid waxes and sealants..."
I was hoping to use my PC tomorrow morning to apply Natty's Red over AJT on 3 cars... Is this pad suitable for a paste wax?
Edit: woops, meant to post this in the machine polishing section.
