ordered a PC now question about pads

i just ordered a pc 7427 from costaltool.com and it comes with the velcro plate and the 6 inch countweight so where should i get my buffing pads cma or should i just get some meguiar pads from my local paint supply shop all i want to do is use 3m smr so what pads should i buy and how many thanks

From reviews I'd order a few of the Orange Power Pads from CMA. They can be used for everything.

Meguiars has a 3 pack for 24.95, shipping is like $5. $30 for 3 pads delivered is pretty good.

try www.ketone.com, they have a few stores in chicago area and have complete line of meguiars products, their staff is knowledgable and friendly.

thanks ill try keytone if the meguiars distributor i usally get stuff from don't have any pads

CMA's pads are concacve, which reduces/ elimiinates potential splatter, and allows you more control of working the SMR into the paint: more pressure flattens that pad out, etc.



MG's are flat.
