Options on making this look better?

My dad backed into my Camaro the other day. The bumper is plastic, so I'm pretty sure the only real fix is a replacement bumper. As you can see from the picture, some paint is missing, and there is a crease on the body also. The big issue here is my car is a black with metallic flakes. I had a paint defect in my door and body shops told me basically that I would be better off leaving it alone vs trying to repaint because the metallic flakes is VERY hard to match. So touch up might be a better option than repainting the whole panel. What are your thoughts/experience?

I can't see the dent in the panel... but if that were me (take into mind I'm pretty new at a lot of this as well), I would order the proper matching paint pen and touch it up.

That would entail getting the following, from what I can tell:

- Primer Pen

- Touch-Up Pen (matching paint)

- Clear Coat Pen

Also look into "Blob Remover" by Langka. I have ordered it, but have not used it; I have heard many great things about it when doing touch-ups. Maybe check out Langka's line of touch-up paint kits? I'm sure you could make it look really good when doing this procedure. Just my thoughts, but I'm sure some more experienced members will throw their thoughts in and correct any errors I have made in my suggestions

For something like this, I would use Dr. Colorchip. A few coats and you can fill the damaged area. Typically, from a few feet away you can't see it.

Nothing can be done about the creases? Hard to see them in the picture. There is one that follows the scratch, and another dot of a crease just above that you can barely make out here, but it's relatively prominent in real life. Thanks for the responses thus far.
