Optimum Users - Please Advise . .

ok . . ok, didnt mean to sound like a raving lunitic . . . autogeek has had my buisness from day one (kinda sucks that they are east coast and im west coast . . ) I am going to call them and Optimum on monday, maybe they took the sticker off, who knows. To many varibles - I just want the new stuff baby!!!



They did send me a free bucket by mistake once, just let me keep it. To bad it wasent a Pinnacle 5 gal w/grit guard and casters . . .



im sure i can get the problem or "concern" rather - resolved. . . . thanks to all your input - appriciate the posts guys . . . thanks again
 
I previously was a little frustrated with the fact that I did in fact receive the old formula of Optimum Polish . . . :nixweiss



I expressed discontent with AUTOGEEK for thier mishap, and am now here to give everyone an update.



Customer Service is a lost art. Except for when you call up the place you bought your Optimum from, and they not only admit they made a mistake,



BUT THEY SHIP YOU A NEW BOTTLE OF THE NEW FORMULA AND LET YOU KEEP THE OLD ONE WITHOUT RETURNING IT TO THEM. :spot



Im an idiot for even second guessing them. Happy buffing . . ., and thanks for all your replies . .
 
sorry to bring up a dead thread, but I ordered my OP and OC on the 16th, and my OP has the New formula sticker, but not the OC, should OC also be the new formula?
 
new formula of OC and OHC are out . . . who did you order from. . . any reputable orginazation should exchange the product . . .NQA
