has any one tryed optimum interior dressing? ive been useing there polish and waxes and have been very happy and was thinking of ordering there dressing?

is it just a cleaner ?or does it give a little shine to the interior? if i appled it to a new interior would you know the differnce that i applyed it? thanks

I've been using it for about a year now, but only because I bought a few gallons of it. It leaves a nice clean matt finish, has mild cleaning abilities and works fairly well. It's a good product, but I don't see it as standing out from the crowd of other products. If I get a really good price on it, I might buy it again and I might not, but it's always nice to try new things. You won't go wrong with it, especially if you want to stick with one product line.

When I wanted a little more gloss, I mixed in some Optimum Tire Shine 'OTS' with the Protectant Plus. If I want a lot more gloss, then I simply use the OTS straight, but it's pretty slippery stuff and it might not be good for steering wheels, door handles, etc.

most the time you wont realize its there. maybe you can catch a shine in the sun or something, but it always leaves zero shine for me.

It just depends how dirty it is. If it's not too dirty, then I'll use it and nothing else. If the dash has sticky goopy stuff on it or is heavily soiled or stained, then I'll hit it with APC, wipe it down, dry it and then use the OPP on it. For our own cars, OPP is all that's needed.

I like the Optimum Dressing, it has become my choice for interiors. Nice matte finish, easy to use, and it also works on leather.

Man, I got a couple of suckers, oops, I mean guys(no offense Craig:D) practically giving this stuff away and ended up with over a gallon of the Tire Shine and Protectant Plus. I freaking love both of them. OPP leaves the interior surfaces looking new. Tire Shine has a 303 look about it on tires.

The Pro+ has some slight cleaning properties to it but don't expect it to clean a trashed out soccer moms minivan.

Like everyone has stated, it's very low on shine, no leather scent and non-greasy.

It is a great product and works well on exterior trim and engines also.

And so does Optimum Tire Shine! It's great on engine plastics 'if' you want that kind of look. It's also great for improving the looks of off road motorcycles. I've done a number of bikes for people who wanted to put them in storage or sell them and OTS makes the rubber and plastics shine real nice.
