I personally think things got weird once certain outsiders became more involved while Dr. G was preoccupied with his health issues. From my understanding quite a bit of trust was relinquished and not a lot of supervision took place resulting in things getting out of hand in a direction the company never intended on going. Things like adding new products, rogue marketing efforts, installer programs and job positions that should of never been implemented were without Dr. G’s blessing ultimately forcing him to clean house upon his return. I’m glad he trimmed the fat so he could return his focus on the grassroots of the company. He’s got some amazing updates on some benchmark products that will really make great products even greater.
