Optimum No-Rinse V. Garry Dean's Juice?

i like the idea of the all purpose detail juice but have never tried it so i can not give an opinion. i sure love my onr though, want to try onr wash n wax

A very preliminary update. Actually, I purchased a 16 oz bottle, not a 32, as I stated above. Gary's dilution ratio is half of ONR (1/2 oz to 2 gallons) and he throws in free Priority Mail shipping, which cuts the cost somewhat. I will say that I initially had some concerns about the 1/2 oz dilution ratio, but it worked absolutely fine. Gary uses 1/4 oz in a gallon of water will do a car, but I didn't feel comfortable with so little water. Besides, I always use 2 gallons with ONR, so I wanted it to feel somewhat similar. The weather was not great today, so I didn't do a A/B, but I did do a complete wash with IUDJ, just to try it out. I just didn't have time for a comparision. In any case, my Mercedes GLK was pretty muddy from a rain we had that just brought down all the filth in the air. I thought the IUDJ did a great job getting it nice and clean. I did put one capful in a spray bottle to loosen the dirt. Without a true A/B, I don't know for sure, but it may have left a slicker surface than ONR, but I don't know. I was able to wipe down my mom's 95 red Mercury Sable and it also came out quite slick. So all I can say for now is that it's definitely worked well. When I have a little more time on a nicer day, I'll do a straight up comparison. My initial impression is that it will not replace my ONR, but further research is needed. At the price, I doubt I would use it on any of my paying customers' cars, although I might just keep some for myself if it turns out to be better. More to come

I have never used gary Deans. I have ONR and I actually dont like it. Ever since I switched to UWW+ for rinseless I tried a ONR lastnight and it just doesnt feel likes its as easy on the paint. ONR almost feels like its dragging over the paint UWW just has a MUCH slicker feel when washing the car. I wont be using ONR again.

I generally mix ONR at 2 oz to 2 gal, which is double the recommended dose. This will probably give a slicker feel and, at the price, it's still worthwhile. I'll have to try UWW.

I used 2x (1 oz per 2 gallons) when using ONR. I have not seen any negatives such as streaking.

I always add a little more ONR (2 ounce to 3 gallons) and see no negatives plus I also spray ONR (pre-soak) over the paint before I start.

i add about 2oz per 3gallon so its a little more then said. but it still doesnt feel slick to me. I just feel UWW is just that much better

Extensive research found a company in his his area that makes the same products he has and they allow re-labeling.

I'm thinking 70%+ of the products we all buy are re-labeled. Especially cleaning type products. IUDJ is very good and priced similarly at as other products if you consider the dilution, not the volume you are buying.

No, I'm not a fan of it on tires. But here is what it looked like for me (supposed to be a 50/50, but it bled a bit):

It does look nice on plastics:

Yes, for a waterless or rinseless wash it's better than ONR IMHO.

That look pretty good to me. Have you tried it on interior? I ran out of my usual stuff and gave it a try. It worked pretty well on the vinyl and leather. I asked Gary about using it on leather and he recommended using it undiluted the first time and diluted for maintaining.
