Optimum Gloss Coat & Clear Bra

I'm about ready to being applying Optimum Gloss Coat to my new car that is 3 weeks old. I got a Suntek film put on the hood and fenders. I've seen people say they do apply over a clear bra and some say don't. What are other people doing here?
 
I have Optimum Opti-Guard (before Opti-Pro) on the VentureShield of my '09 Black Grand Cherokee..

It is hard to tell if its still on there now at year-5 but that's fine..
It has never wrecked the VentureShield or done anything to hurt it..
