Opti Seal Over A Carnuba

Im sure this was probably addressed before but can someone refresh my memory. Can I use Opti Seal on top of a carnuba? Does it make a difference if it is a carnuba spray wax as opposed to a regular wipe on buff off wax?

I put OS over two well cured coats of Souveran, amped up the wetness without losing depth. Now it is pouring rain and the beads look like typical OS beads.

"How many times do I have to pump the sprayer to = 1oz. of product?

Close to 200 pumps It should only take 20 pumps to coat a two door sedan."

Two door sedan? Last I checked, that was called a coupe.

so how does that affect durability?

Of the nuba or the OS? To my understanding they will compliment each other as long as not applied too soon of each other. Durability should be improved over either product alone, however I only use nuba for a look and not protection so I don't look for more than a month out of it (alone or combined).

WOW, you caught a typo. How does that add to this topic?

Oh yeah, the floating carnauba story. I wonder what the technical term is for that?

Migrates?

Whether it does that or not, I have no idea. My car is beading more like OS than Souveran (smaller beads with OS) so it seems to me that OS is like a shell over the carnauba. It looks good and that was what I was after.

Thank you kind sir, I find that it is hard to find the proper technical terms myself sometimes. However, the lack of an approved "technical" word and an agreed upon definition does NOT mean that a product doesn't work as stated, as was implied....

I guess it adds about as much as this extra post you made just to ask how mine adds...

That post was a quite indirect way of getting someone to say, "Oh, he meant four doors." or something of the sort to clarify whether 20 sprays should cover a 2 or 4 door car.

That was a smarta$$ way to say it and adds nothing because it doesn't mention the question you say you were asking.

This is much more acceptable and by asking a question, is non-flaming.

Sorry to get off topic myself, but I cannot stand it when people act like they were just misunderstood when it's obvious they are flaming. No hard feelings and I wasn't trying to be a moderator, it just bothers me when somthing is obviously just an oversight and someone uses it to make someone else looke bad to make themselves look superior, smarter, etc. It's just so unnecessary, you know? I'd personally send a PM to the guy and courteously tell him about it. I see no need to publicly embarrass or disgrace anyone. Just my $0.02.:nomore:
