Opti-Coated Raven FR-S With Autofinesse Treatment

The customer was referred to me by Jeff Chang from Longo Scion. Special thanks to owner Sal Rodriguez, Jeff Chang, and Jay Jayasiri.

Wheels were cleaned with Autofinesse Imperial wheel cleaner with wheel woolies

Vehicle was washed with Autofinesse Lather

The vehicle was clayed with Riccardo clay bay first then Iron particles was removed by Iron Cut and tar removed by Autofinesse Oblitarate, To more sure the car has 100% no more protection, Autobrite Wax Off-Wax Coating Removal was used.

Paint inspection was performed with PTG , LED lights, and Metal Halide light from Autobrite UK.

Fenders and Doors



Driver side fender and door have very light swirl marks as well as passenger door, but the the fender on passenger side have hologram.

The car was polished with Scholl S20blue and Meguiars Soft Buff polishing pad via DA. Scholl Spider sandwich and Meguiars Microfiber spot pad was used on the rocker panels area via Griot 3" DA.



Tires were Dressed with Autofinesse Gloss Tyre Dressing

Looks really good...in the afters. ;)



I've been running into the same thing, horrible dealer prep. I know some of the Scion people are making noise on the forums, hope it gets back to Scion/Toyota and they start insisting their dealers do a better job with these cars.

Or better yet, I hope the owners start insisting their dealers not touch the cars prior to delivery and let skilled detailers get their hands on them instead.
