I've been VERY pleased with the products and the knowledge of Paul.
 
Bought some MF towels from them a while back. They're yellow with black edge: excellent towels and not expensive compared to many others.
 
For me its been great service and great products.



New blacklight and V7 awsome shine & wetness I haven't had them long enough to test durability. Exceeded my expectations on looks.

I also like Wet mirror finish a lot. Actually the new QD is nice too Clear seal.
 
....I like how their WSR (water spot remover) performed on my Challenger that had some bad spots when I brought it home from the dealer. I also have a gallon of their CWC (citrus wash & clear) I have used as a product stripper.
 
I've bought from them several times and always got a good deal, excellant service and their products were good.

Overpriced? They are less expensive than most brands. I have not used anything but CG Bare Bones and it worked fine. The question is it good enough or the best at any cost.



I do not know how to judge popularity but there seems to be a lot of users out there. Like any brand, some of their products have a loyal following.
 
Yeah I don't think they are overpriced. I think their products are some of the best values out there. I like and use a fair number of their products. For someone getting their feet wet, I'd consider CG basically to be one stop shopping. I don't have any experience with their polishes but the guys on Detailing World - A world for detailers by detailers. use them all the time with great results.
 
Chemical Guys hasn't disappointed me yet, i too have a lot of their products. I highly recommend them to others.
 
I agree I order from CG there products are priced right for a detailer with decent volume, and the product always seems fresher then some of the smaller outfits.
 
I could care less if they closed their doors tomorrow. Way better relabeled lines out there with better prices and customer service. Aren't they the ones that used to spam all the forums with shillers to spam their product? No wonder you never see pros discussing or using their products.
 
I agree CS is very important. Detailed Image is a good source for CG stuff if you want to try it for yourself to decide.
