Just curious if any of you guys have tried this.
I'm having our hosting company set up a form for clients to fill out that gets submitted to my email address with all their info and requested appointment time. I'd still call them back to confirm the appointment, but I'm trying to get more people to check out the web page instead of asking for questions/estimates over the phone. It's my way of educating the average person on detailing by taking a minute to read.
Also, I'm doing a little marketing research with an online survey with a few basic questions about location, car wash habits, detail past, etc. For filling out the survey, they get entered into a drawing for a free full detail.
Any comments or pointers would be appreciated. Once it's done I'll post up the results.
