One of the most important parts of being a professional...

Dress to impress. Let's face it, first impressions last the longest.

Never try to overwhelm the customer. I have a salesman at my shop that talks so fast and gets so worked up that people quickly get lost. Have literally watched people walk in knowing what they want and walk away confused and never seen again. The customer is always right!

The customer is always right as long as they agree with EVERYTHING I say and do

1. Don't rush
2. Keep it simple
3. Don't overwhelmed or try to over educate your customers
4. New products should be used on your own car first
5. Like others said, always stay calm and collected
6. Smile :)

It is better to keep your mouth closed and be thought the fool than to open it up and remove all shadow of doubt. :D:cheers:
