One of my headlights is a different color?

Hi, new to the forum, hope this is the right place to put this. I have a 1996 Civic EX Coupe, and one of the headlights has turned foggy and yellowish, while the other is crystal clear. I'm talking about the plastic lense, not the lightbulb. It looks like maybe some moisture got in there, and is fogging it up. Is there a way to clean this? Should I just take apart the light and wipe it out? Thanks.

Incidentally, I would try wiping it out, and following up with a plastic polish such as Zaino Z-14 and a protectant such as Plexus.
