One handsome detailer

here are some pics of a paint diaster on a PT CRuiser, also a pic of me dong the work.

This PT Cruiser had it all... swirls, scratches, road dirt, tar, you name it, sadly the finish was neglected badly. as you can see in the pics, the finish needed some help. after claying and using a solvent to remove the tar, I started my trusty cyclo buffer and a cutting pad and a cleaner polish. (mine) I could not believe my eyes how well it cleaned it up. this shows how you can attain different results just by going to a machine. the owner thought I switched cars on him, Gary

I used to detail cars without shoes until something dropped on my foot!!! OUCH

Great work.

I know what you mean. I dropped a dual CR spotless canister setup on my foot last year and broke it.......the foot I mean. :bawling:

I guess their are bad apples in every bin, too bad some people have to go out of their way to find fault with others, I was PM'd by someone to post a pic of swirl correction and that is what I found in my club photo box. so what if it was posted before? if someone learns from it then it was worth while. for the record I will most likely re post again, I think I've shared enough here to get a little slack. Gary will you be wearing shoes next time?

Some people enjoy keeping the Fox out of the Hen House. Doesn’t make them bad apples.

I apologized already in a pm, it sounded like flaming when I read it. Keep in mind I;m probably one of the oldest guys on the forum, I can't remember what I ate for dinner last night luch less what I posted 2 years ago. give an AARP member a break. Gary
