Hey all!
I had rotator cuff surgery the end of March and had no idea that the recovery time was so loooong. Well, at my age anyway!
It took 2 months before I didn't have pain 24/7. It went down to maybe 8/7.
Last weekend was my first attempt at working hard with my right arm and so far so good. I didn't take on a full detail, only did a headlight restore on a 2001 Mercedes. (4 friggin lights).
I worked in the shade, about 3 feet into my garage, with the ceiling fan AND a box fan, yet about fainted anyway. We've been into triple digit temperatures here.
I had to wet sand each light 3 times (800-1000-2000), then polish with the PC 2 times. Took about 2 1/2 to 3 hours with plenty of breaks. I was sore, with some after-pain in that shoulder, but not too bad.
Almost human again!
